        "markdown": "# Getting Started\n\nPocket helps you capture calls, meetings, ideas, and notes and turn them into transcript, summary, and action items.\n\n## 1. Turn on Pocket\n- **Hold the side button for 5 seconds.**\n- **Light:** **Blinking blue** = ready to pair. **Solid blue** = already paired.\n\n## 2. Pair with the app (first time)\n- Open the app and follow the onboarding steps to pair.\n- **Light:** turns **solid blue** when paired.\n\n# Record\n\n## From Pocket Device (standalone)\n- **Press the side button once** to start the recording. **Light:** **solid amber**\n- **Press the side button again** to stop the recording.\n- **Sync recordings to the App:** your recordings appear **when you open the app**.\n\n## From the app\n- Tap **Record** in the Home screen of the app. Pocket Device starts recording. **Light:** **solid amber**\n\n# Modes\n\n## Side Switch\n- **Up** → **Call Mode**\n- **Down** → **Conversation Mode**\n\n## Call Mode (phone calls)\n- **Attach Pocket to your phone** (magnet/MagSafe).\n- Slide the **switch up** to Call Mode.\n- Start your call. **Press the side button once** on Pocket (or tap Record in the app).\n- **No speakerphone needed.** Pocket uses a vibration mic to capture the other side of the call.\n- **Light:** **solid amber** while recording.\n- When finished, **press side button again** to stop and **slide the switch down** to return to Conversation Mode.\n\n## Conversation Mode (in-person)\n- Slide the **switch down**.\n- **Press once** to capture meetings, chats, and thoughts.\n- **Light:** **solid amber** while recording.\n\n# Battery\n- **Double-press** the side button to check:\n  - **Green** = Full\n  - **Amber** = About half\n  - **Red** = Low — charge with USB-C\n\n# Power\n- **Hold 5 seconds** to turn Pocket **on or off**.\n\n# Reset (only if needed)\n- **Triple-press**, wait for red light to start blinking, then **hold** while the **red** light blinks.\n- Erases Pocket and returns to setup.\n\n# Light Reference\n- **Blinking Blue** — Ready to pair (open the app)\n- **Solid Blue** — Paired and ready\n- **Solid Amber** — Recording\n- **Green / Amber / Red** (double-press) — Battery level\n- **Hold 5 seconds** — Power on/off\n- **Triple-press + hold** — Reset\n\n# Note on Call Recording\nLaws vary by region. Get consent if required. Your recordings sync **when you open the app**.\n\n# Charging Pocket\nConnect the device to a USB-C cable. The indicator light will blink green while charging and turn solid green once fully charged.\n\n# Firmware Updates\nThe app will notify you when a new firmware update is available.
